  • Donations. Donations are processed by Givebutter (our third-party donation platform). Any payment details you enter are collected and processed by Givebutter, not by us — we never see or store your full payment-card information.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • To process and acknowledge donations, and to issue donation receipts;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the website; and

Donations & Payment Processing

Donations are handled by Givebutter. When you donate, your information is subject to Givebutter’s own privacy policy and terms. We receive donation records (such as your name, email, and gift amount) to acknowledge your support and meet our recordkeeping and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as Givebutter and our website host), or when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward (generally up to 90 days). Donation records are retained as long as required for recordkeeping, tax, and legal purposes.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve provided to us by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
